Incorporation by reference

This Statement incorporates the following provisions (and their subordinate provisions) of the Agreement by reference:
  • Interpreting this Agreement;
  • Your Privacy; and
  • Domicilium and notices.
The provisions incorporated into this Statement from the Agreement must be read as being applicable to this Statement, to the extent doing so does not materially change their meaning. To the extent the provisions of this Statement conflict with the Agreement, the provisions of this Statement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
The defined terms in the Supplementary Glossary in the Statement have specific meanings in the context of this Statement and shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles set out in the Agreement.

Personal data we collect through the Website

Personal data you volunteer

We may collect the following personal data from you:
  • Information about the OLSET Service components you express an interest in or may purchase from us;
  • Your name and contact information, including your mobile phone number, email address and company details (including physical address, phone and fax numbers) which you may submit to us when you interact with the Website;
  • Your users’ names, contact information which may include phone numbers, addresses and other Transaction Data;
  • Information about location or similar location based information;
  • Information regarding personal or professional interests, opinions, demographics, experiences with the OLSET Service and contact preferences in order to provide you with further correspondence about the OLSET Service.
We may not be able to make the Service available to you if you do not consent to us collecting and processing this personal data.

Intercepted and monitored Electronic Communications

We may implement systems designed to intercept and monitor your communications with us and/or OLSET’s Associates, to the extent permissible by law in the course of the carrying on of business and for the purpose of monitoring or keeping records of direct and indirect communications.

Personal data we collect automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically receive and records information from your browser or mobile platform, including your location, IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. This information is stored in our server logs.
We only use this data in aggregate form and we may provide this aggregate information to OLSET’s Associates about how you, our customers, collectively, use the Website, so that OLSET’s Associates may also understand how users make use of the Website. We use your aggregate order volume to profile your account and determine the appropriate plan for your account.
We use web beacons on our websites and in our emails. When we send emails to our users, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of users. To do this, we include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect information about when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details. We also include web beacons in the emails we deliver for you. We use the data from those web beacons to create reports about how your project performed and what actions your users took. Reports are also available to us when we send email to you, so we may collect and review that information.

Data collected for and by our Users

As you use our Service, you may import into our system Personal Information you have collected from your users. We have no direct relationship with your users or any person other than you, and for that reason, you are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate permission for us to collect and process information about those individuals. Consistent with the uses of Personal Information covered above, we may transfer Personal Information of you or your users to companies that help us promote, provide, or support our Service. As part of our Service, we may use and incorporate into features information you have provided, we have collected from you, or we have collected about customers.
We will retain Personal Information we process on behalf of our Users for as long as needed to provide our Service or to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.


We use cookies which are files that store information on your hard drive or browser. Cookies can be used to determine whether you have visited the Website before and make it easier for you to maintain your preferences on the Website, and by seeing how you use the Website, we can tailor the Website around your preferences and measure usability of the Website. What we do with personal data processed through the Service

Sharing personal data

We will not transfer, disclose, sell, distribute or lease personal data to 3rd Parties other than on the following basis:
  • Where we have your consent to do so for the purpose of providing a service to you;
  • Where it is required by OLSET’s Associates who may, directly or indirectly, render certain services to us or to you or in undertaking activities linked to the operation of such services on our behalf; or
  • Where the disclosure is in compliance with legal and/or contractual requirements that we are subject to, including, but not limited to, intergovernmental agreements.
We will not pass personal data to 3rd Parties (other than on the basis set out in this Statement and in accordance with appropriate disclosure requirements we may be subject to) without your or your users’ consent.

International Privacy Laws

We are a UK corporation and all of your Personal Information, as well as the Personal Information of your users, are stored on data servers within the EU. We only transfer to data servers outside of the EU if you consent to us transferring data to a 3rd Party.

Supplementary glossary

“Electronic Communications” means any text, voice, sound, image or video message sent over an electronic communications network which can be stored in the network or in the recipient’s terminal equipment until it is collected by the recipient or on the recipient’s behalf;

“Statement” means this privacy statement, as amended from time to time;

“Agreement” means the OLSET Service Agreement located here.
